CAS dismisses Rubiales appeal against FIFA’s three-year ban

CAS said Rubiales’ behaviour after the 2023 women’s World Cup final where he kissed player Jenni Hermoso without her consent “constituted multiple and serious violations of the FIFA Disciplinary Code.”
